Yesterday, INHSU 2018 delegates, policy makers, and members of parliament from all over the world had the opportunity to visit two Portuguese services that promote harm reduction and reach people who use drugs who are unable to engage in conventional treatment services: IN-Mouraria and Ares do Pinhal Association.
