“On behalf of the International Association for Ambulatory Surgery, welcome to the 13th International IAAS Congress!”, says the president of the IAAS, Dr. Beverly K. Philip. Formed in 1995, IAAS is a multi-national, multi-disciplinary organization of 20 full-member country representatives, formed with the main aim to promote the worldwide development of high quality ambulatory surgery.
