“Drug consumption rooms” may be a way to improve the health of people who use drugs

“It is all they said it would be? Drug user experience of Portuguese decriminalisation” was the name of the session led by Rui Miguel Coimbra Morais, from Consumers Associated Survive Organised (CASO). According to him, one main action that should have already been done is the creation of drug consumption rooms. Besides, he points out a very serious problem with the stigma and the marginalization felted by people who use drugs.
